Aitken on mulgrave is ideally located in the heart of the wellington cbd on the quiet and attractive aitken street in the prestigious thorndon quarter. Were within walking distance of numerous government departments- the terrace- westpac stadium- and lambton quay. We are easily accessed from state highway 1- and are within walking distance of the wellington railway station and bus and ferry terminals. There are numerous cafes- winebars and superb restaurants within walking distance. Our 48 studio apartments are totally self contained with full kitchens and laundry facilities. Dishwashers- microwaves- separate freezers and ovens come standard in our apartments. The services we provide include room service- eatery charge backs- dry cleaning- and free wireless broadband internet. Stanley road cafe- eatery and bar is located on our ground floor. There is plenty of on and off street parking. Off street parking is obtainable at daily or weekly rates. A variety of conference facilities are obtainable within 2 to 5 minutes walk- and the cafe on our ground floor is obtainable for confidential functions. At aitken on mulgrave we try to minimize our impact on the environment and our carbon footprint. Aitken on mulgrave is a new building- built in 2003 to the latest building specifications. Every apartment is fully insulated against noise- fire and loss of energy.
