Location Description
:
A great place to enjoy a break in the wilderness of the mount cook region. There is a golf course adjacent to the hotel, great fishing, mountain biking etc. If these activities are too tame, try gliding at omarama, or helicopter trips to the glaciers. Se0307 a trendy two storey stone and glass building which blends in well with the surrounding area. Twizel is located on the main highway betwen christchurch (approx 4 hours driving) and queenstown (approx 3 hours driving). Its a township that was developed during the pioneering era of the south island. Located just 60 km from mount cook national park and the mountain of the same name. The area is great for outdoor sports and activities in some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.

Guest rooms The standard rooms are roomy and have floor to ceiling sliding doors with picture balcony. Bedding configuration is either 2 doubled beds or doubled and one, or three one beds. All rooms have shower over bathtub. Facilities include satellite tv, hairdryer and direct dial telephones. Room service is obtainable only between 07:00 and 20:30
