It is a short walk from the tourist information centre, bus stop, polynesian spa, lakefront, banks, currency exchange, shopping, restaurants and bars. The hotel is an older style building that underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2005. It features a residence bar and restaurant, function room, laundry, off-street parking, broadband internet to the premier rooms and a wireless internet hotspot.

Bedding configuration is 1 queen & 1 one bed in one room and 2 x one beds in the other. An add-on bed can be provided in these rooms.
