General Description
:
Four star qualmark bed & breakfast with youthful vibrant hosts who know what is essential to guests. We offer four pleasing en-suite bedrooms decorated with warmth and style. Our 1900’s colonial villa is set in a lovely confidential garden with relaxing seating areas from which you can enjoy the panoramic mountain views that kaikoura is legendary for. The rooms characteristic potent showers, good beds with superb linen, bathrobes, tv, tea/coffee facilities, sweets and electric blankets (winter) for a truly comfy stay. Facilities include cooked and/or continental breakfast, spa pool with mountain views, petanque/boulles, comfy guest lounge and full use of kitchen. Many of our guests have commented how magnificent and relaxed a stay they have had having use of the total dwelling, and not having to worry about intruding on the owners' privacy. Your hosts, chris, suzy, daughters annabelle & sophie, plus the cat! (ps. We live in a separate dwelling at the back of the villa)

Albatross queen ensuite - fresh bluish colours and lovely linen, our albatross room has a large bathroom pertinent for wheelchair access. Rates are for 1-2 people. most occupancy is 2. Bathrobes, tv, hairdryer tea/coffee, biscuits, sweets. Full use of guest lounge, kitchen & outdoor spa pool. Macracarpa queen ensuite - rates are for 1-2 people. most occupancy is 2. comfy queen room with en-suite bathroom. Tea/coffee making, tv, bathrobes, hairdryer, high-up ceilings, warmth and character. Full use of guest lounge, kitchen and outdoor spa pool with mountain views.
