Our 1900’s colonial villa is set in a gorgeous private garden with quiet seating areas from which you can enjoy the panoramic mountain views that kaikoura is famous for. The rooms feature robust showers, good beds with fine linen, bathrobes, tv, tea/coffee facilities, sweets and electric blankets (winter) for a truly comfortable stay. Facilities include cooked and/or continental breakfast, spa pool with mountain views, petanque/boulles, snug guest lounge and full use of kitchen.

Our 1900’s colonial villa is set in a lovely confidential garden with relaxing seating areas from which you can enjoy the panoramic mountain views that kaikoura is legendary for. The rooms characteristic potent showers, good beds with superb linen, bathrobes, tv, tea/coffee facilities, sweets and electric blankets (winter) for a truly comfy stay. Facilities include cooked and/or continental breakfast, spa pool with mountain views, petanque/boulles, comfy guest lounge and full use of kitchen. Many of our guests have commented how magnificent and relaxed a stay they have had having use of the total dwelling, and not having to worry about intruding on the owners' privacy. Your hosts, chris, suzy, daughters annabelle & sophie, plus the cat! (ps. We live in a separate dwelling at the back of the villa)

Macracarpa queen ensuite - rates are for 1-2 people. greatest occupancy is 2. comfortable queen room with en-suite bathroom.
