A brand new accommodation concept for dunedin. Livingspace dunedin offers funky affordable hotel style accommodation located at the city end of the renowned castle street. All of our studio's offer queen size beds, 26" lcd televisions with 5 sky channels, high speed internet connection, a desk with direct dial phone and voicemail, stylish new glass bathrooms and a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities. Livingspace is very mild with focal heating throughout. modern security systems are installed and your personal swipe card provides secure access to the building and your room. 24 hour staffing and luggage storage available. Other facilities include a movie theatre, guest laundry, internet suite, guest lounge with balcony and two communal kitchens with dining areas. Livingspace is centrally located with the octagon, hospital, and university within very effortless walking distance. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are located 5 minutes from our front door. Livingspace dunedin is our third property to open with other locations including christchurch & invercargill. All livingspace properties are self rated a very comfy 3 star.
