Nz) with a variety of bars and clubs surrounding us which makes it a great place to be if you want to enjoy central christchurch night life. Please be aware that the area comes alive on thursday, friday and saturday nights, therefore noise can be experienced, however it's the perfect place to stay if you're after a night out. The decor is shining, funky & thrilling throughout.

The decor is bright, funky & exciting throughout. Facilities include 2 big screen theatres for watching movies or music, socialising & meetings, a business centre, lounges, library, communal kitchens & dining areas, laundries, games room & outdoor decks. Cathedral square, the information centre, city shopping & theatres are all within easy walking distance. Livingspace is a non-smoking hotel - outdoor decks are available.
