General Description: Located on the waterfront and only 100 metres from paihia wharf the kingsgate hotel autolodge is the ideal base from which to explore the scenic and historic bay of islands. The bay of islands is 3.5 hours drive north of auckland. On entering paihia drive along waterfront and the hotel is located 100 meters past the paihia wharf on the left. The autolodge paihia is located in the stunningly beautiful bay of islands. Pool, wading pool, spa pool, sauna, bicycles. Hole in the rock boat cruises, swim with the dolphins, sailing, diving, fishing, golf, cape reinga/ninety mile beach coach tours. Rooms possess either two double beds or single queen and single single bed plus room for a rollaway bed if required.
