The lodge and golf course at kauri cliffs Is situated on the pacific ocean coast A tiny north of the bay of islands. Kauri Cliffs opened in january 2001. The main Building boasts a large dining room-lounge Card room and tiger room-named after the Resort owners affectionate moniker. All Rooms in the main building have open Fireplaces and elegant furnishings featuring English/italian and spanish antiques. All The artwork has originated in new zealand. Adjacent to the main building is the Accommodation. Sixteen deluxe standard Rooms and six standard rooms. Sixteen deluxe stand rooms feature in Eight separate cottages looking from the Edge of native new zealand forest across The golf course to the pacific ocean and Coastal islands. Each room has a private Veranda large lounge and bathroom/tv/dvd/gas Fireplace and full his and hers walk-in Wardrobe. Six standard rooms feature in Three separate cottages each room has a private Veranda large lounge and bathroom/tv/dvd/gas Fireplace and full his and hers step-in wardrobes. Facilities at kauri cliffs include Golf/a spa/heated pool/hunting/kayaking/ Gymnasium/business center/two tennis courts/ Various nature trails and three easily Accessible private beaches. Dining at kauri cliffs is a la carte and there Are several dining areas away from the main Dining room. Guests may choose to dine beside The outside fireplaces on the main lodge Veranda or in a variety of private dining Rooms perfect for families or intimacy. A Full breakfast/dinner and pre-dinner drinks Are included in the tariff. Gentleman are Required to wear jackets for dinner.Jackets are available for guests use at Reception.

All rooms are identical-900 sq ft. 8 cottages house the 16 delux rooms on the edge of Native bush looking east from private Verandas across the golf course and the Pacific ocean. They are in a staggered row to The north of the prime lodge building. Each Room features a walk-in his and hers wardrobe There is also a big bathroom with shower Bath and his and hers vanities. The main Bedroom features an open gas fireplace/ Superior mini-bar/large armoire with tv/dvd and Cd player/super-king bed-able to split into 2 Super-singles-rattan armchairs and ottomans. . Ap2-the owners cottage. A big 4000 sq ft Two-bedroom house is positioned with the Main lounge and two-bedrooms overlooking the Ocean and golf course towards the bay of Islands. The house has a private infinity Swimming pool and hot tub and easy access to All lodge amenities. There is an outdoor Barbecue and cooking facilities for the chef If private in-house dining is preferred. There are open fireplaces in the bedrooms And the prime lounge. There are three Bathrooms in the house. . C1k- 3 cottages house six standard rooms are Identical 800 sq ft on the edge of native bush Looking east from private verandahs across the golf Course and pacific ocean.
